Read text from pdf file using vb.net

Hi, everybody.

I am using vb.net to read text from pdf file, line by line, but what I get
is encoded characters. It really don't mater how the characters are
formated.

What's funny is that I have found this page by searching in google. But I
didn't give it attension as it was C#.
I will try to convert the codes to vb.net.
