VB3 vs VB.Net

I'm sure I'm pissing in the wind but does anyone know of a program that will
convert (at least for the most part) a vb3 program into VB.Net?

Dennis,

In addition to the others,

I think on notebook or every other program that makes editing possible with
cut and paste.

Thanks for replies...It's as I suspected there is no relatively easy way.
Cut and Paste is the best way I guess. I would start over but there is a lot
of complex mathmatical routines and user interface involving plotting data,
etc. Thanks again.

Del
Dennis,

Last year, I looked for something that did the same & in the end I converted
it myself.
