Software Protection / Licensing Systems for .NET

I'm in the market for a new software licensing system to protect my
shareware.

Can anyone make some suggestions of protection/licensing systems
(especially for .NET, but not exclusively)?

My budget is less than $500 with royalty free distribution licensing.

BTW, I do know about the Shareware Starter Kit, but I'm afraid it will
come too late for the launch of this newest product!

unfortunately whichever .NET system licensing is *not good* if the code can
be decompiled !!!

I recommed Infralution's system. They supply full source code for a
reasonable price.

This is true. For this I recommend Xenocode. The two systems Xenocode and
Infralutions licensing system will come in at under $500.

I instead use "Cantelmo Goliath.NET Obfuscator" ;-) the last secure
obfuscator for .NET Platform - the new plan - all Italian - who tries to
stop the decompilation & reverse-engineering. small price & good quality

I certainly like the price!

Activation is something I am trying to go towards. I don't really want
to hardware lock but I have a LOT of users sharing installs with other
offices on their networks and not buying licenses. Do you know if
Infralution's system works with any kind of activation service?

Way more expensive. They work on a different principle too. There is some
debate as to whether compiling to native code offers much more protection
than a good obfuscator.

Reflector, ILDasm and Anakrino all choke on Xenocoded files. I haven't tried
salamander on it yet.

Single developer prices aren't too bad (but you have to email him).
