I have a simple form program. A simple rectangle. The program is set
to topmost.

When someone clicks on another app the form loses focus of course.
What I'm looking for is a way to automatically have the form re-grab
focus if the user moves the mouse pointer over the form. Is that
possible.

in the form propertys onmouseover does not catch it?
if that is the case you will need to try in to the kernal.dll to hook in to
windows.

never needed to do that. so not sure
