wtf you stupid noob. You can't save an mpg from a panel. I have no idea
what the f*** you are trying to accomplish. And nobody else seems to
know either. You can't put an mpg in a picture box, and you can't do it
with a panel either. A panel is a container. A picture box is an image
holder. Nothing more.

It would probably be best for you to go back to HTML for a while.
