Problem with Excel.WorkBook.SaveAs()

I want to overwrite an excel file I have opened but I do not want to get the
question "Do you want to overwrite" .. .I just want to it overwrite silent..
How do i do this?

wbk = oExcel.Workbooks.Open(fileName, False, False, missing, missing,
missing, missing, missing, missing, missing, missing, missing, missing,
missing, missing)

wbk.SaveAs(fileName) 'this triggers the Question I do not want to see

Why not simply call .Save ?
It will write your changed to the opened workbook
