FaxOutgoingJob.AvailableOperations: how to interpret it

FaxOutgoingJob.AvailableOperations gives me some 3 digit number but how do I
know what operations are available? Microsoft documentation says I can use
FAX_JOB_OPERATIONS_ENUM to find it out but it does not say how. Any help
would be greatly appreciated

Thanks,
Ganesh
