can I make a shell extension from VB 2005?

it was not possible to make a shell extension from within VB2003, I believe

has anything changed since then, can I (easily) write a VB code that would
function as a shell extension

thank you

It was possible to develop shell extensions in VB.NET 2002/2003:

It IS possible. Look at
http://www.mvps.org/emorcillo/en/cod...tensions.shtml.
It works with VB2003, so it should also work with VB2005.
