IDE Flu - Comments, NOT a question.

Duplicate Event Handlers:
Somehow I accidentally managed to get two subs handling the same event and
it compiled OK but after some changes to one of the subs handling the same
event, the IDE locked up and caused an error in VS.Net when building the
solution.

Public Enums in Class
I declared a public Enum inside a user control class that inheirited from
the Panel Class and used it in a form that instantiated an instance of the
user control. Worked ok until I used it in a sub as a parameter of the enum
type then the IDE again locked up and caused an error in VS.Net when building
the solution. I had to move the Public Enum outside the User Control class
statement (just before the Public Class statement)

If you'd shared information on which version and edition of the "IDE" you're
talking about, it may have been possible for somebody to offer helpful
comments in response to your comment.
