How to populate with standard ToolBox entries?

I just did a clean install of Visual Studio but the ToolBox was empty for VB
..Net.

How do I populate the ToolBox with a standard set of toolbox entries?

Thanks!

the toolbox should only have items in it when you are in design mode of a
form

Make sure the "Windows Forms" tab is selected in the toolbox when designing
a Windows Forms form. As Brian states, the form must be in design mode.
