WindowsFormsParkingWindow Problem

I've got a problem with a VB.NET app that has been written to keep
two directories in sync. The problem is that when I log off the
machine, I get the dreaded WindowsFormsParkingWindow not responding
message. I've seen the article at
http://dotnet.org.za/johannds/archiv...03/08/650.aspx, but this
will not fix my issue because I am not deleting controls. I have a form
with two labels and a progressbar on which open once at the beginning
of the first sync, and then perform a Form.Close and Form.Dispose. I
see loads people asking about this subject but none of the posts I read
described my problem.

Thanks
