consuming dynamic URL's

I have a windows service that I have written that I need to add the
following....I need to be able to change the URL of the consumed web service,
basicly, take the servername (the only part that is changing) out of a config
file, this way recompiles are not needed when the environment expands....any
thoughts on how i can do this.....i'm using Visual Studio to create my
Application.

Thanks

Glenn
