Dropdown with checkboxes

Any tips on how to create (or buy a thirdparty) dropdown that have items
that have checkboxes where you check multiple items?

So you want a control like a combobox, except that the dropped down
list is like a checked listbox? Well, it's different I suppose :) What
does the control look like when it isn't dropped down? A combobox will
display the selected value, but here... ?

Are you sure a checked listbox isn't good enough?
