Need to parse through our code files and find every instance of other
files referenced, looking for included files, images, etc. The
expression I'm using is
("|')(.*)(\.asp|\.htm(l)?|\.gi*f|\.jpg)("|')
Which works great, except that it's returning too much. For example, I
have a bit that looks like this:
<td width="15" height="14" valign="top"
background="myclient/userdata/images/text/left.gif"><img
src="myclient/userdata/images/text/upleft.gif" width="15" height="15"
align="top"></td>
What I want is to return
"myclient/userdata/images/text/left.gif"
"myclient/userdata/images/text/upleft.gif"
as two matches. What I'm getting is
"14" valign="top"
background="myclient/userdata/images/text/left.gif"><img
src="myclient/userdata/images/text/upleft.gif"
as one match, Which is, of course, incorrect. This is the more
important of my two questions.
Secondly, what I need to do and can't figure out is how to exclude
certain matches, as in
<!--#include file="../../myincludefiles/sql*Connection.asp"-->
<a href="http://www.ourserver.com/somebranchfile.asp">
I don't want anything (for instance) that includes the strings
'myincludefiles' or 'http' inside the quotes.
I'd appreciate any help I can get on this.
