File System Object "Unable to emit assembly"

I am using the file system object to determine the available drive space
(and total drive space) of UNC path directories, however I am also trying to
strong name the DLL.

While I can create the key for my DLL, it cannot build the DLL because the
File System Object is not strongly named "Interop.Scripting does not have a
strong name".

Is there a way around this (late binding, I would guess) or some other way
to get around this? The reason I am using strong names is that I may release
future versions of this DLL and want the existing applications to continue
to use this version.

Thank you
