Listbox first scroll

Why does the listbox pause during the first time it has to scroll but
moves fluidly ever time after that?

Why does the listbox pause during the first time it has to scroll but
moves fluidly ever time after that?


This sounds as that you have placed somewhere a try and catch where you
don't do anything with the catched error.
