Read and write teh RTF content of a RichTextBox from an access dat

I need to store the content of a RichTextBox in a database field.
I've tried a few thing but nothing seems to work.
I know I must create a stream that will store the data in a base64Binary
element of my dataset, but that I have no idea how to do.
PLease help me ;-)
