Problem when trying to set the value of the structure member using reflaction

Hi All:

I have a problem when trying to set the value of the structure member
using reflaction,here is the code:

Public Field1 As String
Public Field2 As String

Public Sub Assign(ByVal obj As Object)
Dim fields As FieldInfo() =
Me.GetType.GetFields(MemberAccess)
Dim fldInfo As FieldInfo

For i As Integer = 0 To fields.Length - 1
fldInfo = obj.GetType.GetField(fields(i).Name,
MemberAccess)

If Not fldInfo Is Nothing Then
fields(i).SetValue(Me, fldInfo.GetValue(obj))
End If
Next
End Sub
End Structure
The Assign function in MyStructure will try to assign it's member with
the value of the same name member from the obj, but the
fields(i).SetValue(Me, fldInfo.GetValue(obj)) seem not work,any idea ?
