sql express app distribution

Hi

How does distribute of a vb2005/sql server 2005 express app to multiple pcs
on a LAN works? Will vb2005 setup takes care of it all or does sql express
need to be distributed separately? How does the data (mdf) file gets
installed?

Thanks

Regards
