ImgList Images

Does anyone know if the standard image list bitmaps come with VB.net? From
what I can find the bitmaps Closed.bmp, Open.bmp, leaf.bmp are suppose to be
in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual
Studio.Net\Common7\Graphics\Bitmaps\Outline but I don't have anything after
the Common7 folder. Is this because I just have Vb.net and not the entire
Visual Studio package? I popped in the vb.net cd to see if there were more
features I could install, but its looks like I have everything install.

Hi David!

You can download the files you need from:

http://www.crouchie.net/Graphics.zip

Extract the zip file (665 kb) to:

'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Common7\Graphics' for
VS.NET 2003 (Enterprise Architect)

or

'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio.Net\Common7\Graphics' for your
version (VB.NET)

I hope this helps

The graphics library is only shipped with VS.NET Professional and advanced
versions.

I disagree slightly, Herfried because I had very, very simular with Visual
Studio 6 Enterprise version. I don't have my even older Visual Studio 97
installed, so, I cannot tell you if those files also came with that version
too. 3 versions of Visual Studio on one machine is enough I think

I was talking about the 2002/2003/2005 product generation only, not previous
versions. I don't remember which editions of pre-VS.NET include the icons
too.
