Windows Forms controls' instance members are not safe for multithreading,
which means that you cannot access them directly from another thread. Make
sure you are using 'Control.Invoke'/'Control.BeginInvoke' together with
'Control.InvokeRequired' to access the datagrid from the thread. Some more
