Stopping Alt-Tab

I have searched all day yesterday to find a way to stop the Alt-Tab and
the Windows key from functioning. I'm building a software that will be
used in the retail environment and we need to lock the ability to these
areas. Any thoughts?

I see in the code where you try to catch the CTRL-ALT-DEL key but it
doesn't seem to work on my windows XP SP2 box? Have you seen the same
issue?

Forget about trying the CTRL ALT DEL because you aren't going to do it. End

You can get keyboards with the unwanted keys absent. Google for kiosk
keyboard.
