Urgent : Displaying and managing data retreived with readxml

Hello,

I am using readxml to retrieve data from an xml file to a dataset. m
xml file has hierarchical data (2 levels) so the dataset will contain
tables.
My question : I need to display this data like this :
- A left menu witch will display the level 1 of my dataset dat
(table0) : parents

- A body witch will display the level 2 of my dataset data (table1
: childs

- and when the user click on any option of the menu, the body wil
refresh to display only the values of the selected parent.
Thanks for any help

you can make a relationship in your dataset between the parent table and the
child table by adding a new relationship to your dataset and defining the
parent and foreign keys.
then drag a list box into your form define the appropriate column of the
parent table as the datasource of the list box.
then add necessary amount of textboxes to your form and define the
datasource for every text box this way:
select parent table and select relation ship you created recently then
select appropriate column for every text box.
now every thing is done.
add new data to your dataset.
when user selects a member from list box the corresponding details will be
shown on text boxes.
you can call the readxml method passing the source file address to reload
data to dataset.
and alternatively calling writexml to save your data.
i will wrote an article with an example project on the codeproject.com that
demonstrates this problem for you.
the address is:

check this program if you had further questions tell me.
