Custom Code - The variable 'txtDepartmentName' is either undeclared or was never assigned.

Below is the code for a custom form control. Everything is good except I am getting the above error. I have Highlighted the relevant code below. I can't find the problem..Can anyone help me?

I am working on this from a Codesmith Template that I created/am creating so if you see weird numbers(tabindex 143) that is why.

I had no problem with it. Try renaming it to somthing else.

Tried that it didnt work. I have tracked it down to an issue with the *.resx file. by deleting it and then recompiling I can get it to work, until i recompile again..hehe.

I think I have found the issue I think. Has to do with some compiler abnormality and me using bastardized Hungarian notation.
