New Bie asking C++ guidance

I want to display the list of Computers grouped by Domain Names available on the network
of my company...

for that i should not use any MFC / ATL coding...

I need Pure c++ implementation not exactly implementation i need some guidance for developing
this program

BTW i am very new to this field..
