Posting to a web site

Hi

I need to write a vb.net app that runs on an sbs2003 server and posts to a
website from behind the ISA Server, so the app needs to be able to include
user credentials as part of the post request for the isa server to be able
to authenticate. Secondly, a number of access apps (on client pcs connected
to the sbs2003 domain) need to access this app to pass it the information to
post. As the access versions are pre-2003, I am not considering web service
as an option for the app. What other structure(s) is/are suitable for the
app to fulfil the above criteria?

Thanks

Regards
