grabbing IE's address combobox text via VB.NET

subject explains it, is there a way to grab the URL of the current page
displayed in Internet Explorer, via Visual Basic.NET code?

This is not the IE activeX control, btw

is this a locally hosted WebBrowser? or a separate instance of IE?
