Security to Text file

Hi EveryBody:

I create directory to add the text files of my program to it, when i think
to make more security to my directory I decied to use hidden criterion, but
as you know any amuter user can find that directory by going to tools and
folder options after that selecte the show all files and my directory will be
shown.

Some body toled me to use IsolatedStorage to make some security to my
directory, but I foucs the same problem, If you use show hidden file from
folder options the
IsolatedStorage will be shown under C:\Documents and
Settings\username\application data\microsoft\IsolatedStorage

So my qeutions is :

How can I add Password to my directory? or How can I use win 32 API to make
Show Hidden file option under folder option disable?

any hint or direction will be appreciated
