Now that VS 2005 supports code snippets, is there anything out there
that does for code snippets what (e.g.) "The Regulator" does for
regular expressions?
I know there are plenty of community sites out there with a ton of
source code, but the results of any search usually entails wading
through a ton of comments. Perhaps some sort of wiki for source
code? Or a rating system? Or a system where variations of a snippet
can be browsed in a tree-like structure? Ideally, this should be a
service that could be accessed through a web site as well as a
WinForm app - perhaps even integrated into the VS2005 IDE?
I don't know. I think I stumbled upon a web site or tool that was
labeled "the KaZaa of .Net source code", but I cannot remember
which one. Anyone who can jog my memory?
If nothing of the sort exists (or any intend to build it), what is
currently considered the best .Net code snippets database tool at
the moment (that is: one that includes a library of snippets - not
just an empty shell waiting to be filled)?
TIA,
