Accessing Exchange InfoStores using VB.NET

What is the best way to access (perform activities) on a MS Exchange 2000 mailbox using ASP/VB.NET?

I am trying to find a way to get rid of a VB6 executable and want to create a web version.

Any help would be appreciated...

Thanks
