Disable the popup security message from Outlook2003.

How to disable the security popup message from Outlook2003?
I get the following message when a rule trys to fire off an executable
script:

A program is try to access data from Outlook that may include address
book information. Do you want to allow this?

How do I disable it???

By the research I found on disabling it, it's almost impossible unless
a third part software is involved.

One idea I found, would be to have a script run in the background and
everytime Outlook raises the popup it would automatically click the OK
button for you.

How would you find the popup window on your screen? Is this something
done with screen scraping?

Any ideas on how to setup this utiltiy or other ideas I could try??
