getting the sqlserver databases for a particular server

P: n/a
In my form I have a textbox in which the user can enter a server
name, and then the combobox below is filled in dynamically with all the
databases available on this server. How can I retrieve these databases
name ? Not sure if that is the correct forum to post to though...
