Text from clipboard to ACCESS causing error in dataset update

P: n/a
I have two programs, the first simply converts the clipboard content
..ToString and inserts it as a new ACCESS database record.

The second program inputs the database and binds a datagrid to the Dataset.
I insert/modify/delete via the datagrid. Very often, I get the following

"An unhandled exception of type 'System.Data.DBConcurrencyException'
occurred in Additional information: Concurrency violation:
the DeleteCommand affected 0 records."

I do not get the error if I create database entries manually in Access.

Is there something special about data from the clipboard?
I thought getting the clipboard via
"strcode = data.GetData(DataFormats.Text).ToString()" would take care of
anything that was not standard string.

Anyone have an idea what is going on?
