Deployment Using UserInterface Editor and Registry Editor

Under the Deployment and Setup Project.....
there are two Editor....
1 - Userinterface Editor
2 - Registry Editor...

I have created 2 new Forms with build it Four textbox...
I just wonder how the textbox value will be able to store in the Registry?

I tried to create new Key, but I have problem linking the Key to particular
textbox....

Could someone guide me?
