I have a mobile form that runs under Windows CE. It has 4 text controls on it
that will be populated with data that comes in from a scanner. I want the
form to tab to the next field when the previous field is filled with data
received from the scanner.

How can I do this..

One other thing that it needs to do is when the control is moved to the next
field, I want the data found in the field gaining control to be all selected
so that if they don't want to change it, they can move to the next field or
they can hit the scanner and it will overwrite the existing selected data in
the field.

We don't know enough to say "how." What is it in the scanned data that tell
you "enough is enough?" You have to look for that data content (or length),
and then send the next data to the next text control.

We don't know what scanner you are using, what the data looks like, nor much
about the program logic. The mechanics involved depend on things that we
(here) don't know.

You use the textbox methods SelectionStart, SelectionLength, and
SelectedText to select text and insertion position.
