This evening I spent $795 to purchase Infragistics' NetAdvantage 2005
product online.
My MasterCard already shows the debit; however:
(1) The confirmation email that I was promised never arrived;
(2) The link to immediately download my product that was provided on my
confirmation page didn't work;
(3) The CD-Key that was provided on my confirmation didn't work.
(4) When I tried to phone Customer Services/Sales, they were closed;
and
(5) When I tried to leave a message, the computer operator hung up the
call in the middle of her own message.
Is this the kind of terrible service that I am to expect when buying
Infragistics products?
