Exposing Type Names to end User...

Is there any way to allow the user to view type member names and/or thier
values, such as....

I am developing an application to create dynamic excel charts off of
predefined queries in an XML file, The has an element with three attributes,
ChartName, SQLString, and ChartType. Excel.XlChartType is a enumerated
Integer Type, What I want to do is set up a form that allows the user to
enter new Charts into the xml file. I would like to populate a combo box or
list box with XLCharttype names and when one is selected use its respective
integer value. HELP!
