How to identify HTML element

Hi,

I'm not able to succeed in this module of mine, please help me.
Window controls can be identified somehow by using API. Can any HTML
elements be identified? I mean, suppose there is a html page and I want all
the controls on that page. All elements irrespective of they are window
controls or HTML controls

How do you want to identify them? Do you display the HTML page in a
webbrowser control? What do you want to archieve?
