32-bits PNGs with Alpha channel on Toolbar?

Hi there guys.
I have some 32 Bits PNGs with an Alpha channel, and added them as icons on
Toolbar buttons.
However, the pixels affected by the Alpha channel (those that have some
transparency) become blue pixels...
I found no workaround on Google.
Does anyone know of a workaround? I'm using VB.Net 2003.
Thanks in advance!
