Navigate The IExplorer In same window...

P: n/a
Hi EveryBody:

I got this decleration from msdn documntation which is:

object.Navigate( _
url As String, _
[Flags As Variant,] _
[TargetFrameName As Variant,] _
[PostData As Variant,] _
[Headers As Variant])

as you can see there is TargetFrameName there and also this documntation
said if you want to navigate in the same windwo you have to use

_SELF in the TargetFrameName
which Load the link into the same window the link was clicked in.
and I used the follwoing code to navigate :

With CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application")
.visible = True
.Navigate("", 0, 0, 0, 0)
End With

My question is

How can I set the TargerFramName to _SELF because I want to let The
IExplorer to navigate in the same window not to open new window ?

Any help will be appreciated
