XML serialization

P: n/a
I am working on serializing / deserializing XML and have gotten 99% of
what I want to do done. However one simple thing eludes me. I know how
to create a tag that has properties, and a tag that has elements with
content. However -- how do I create a root tag that has props and
simply raw content inside itself? i.e., I would like to go from a class
like (in abstract)

class fooHolder

<xmlAttributeAttribute()> dim width as integer = 0, height as integer =

< ??? > dim content as string = "startingF00"

end class

and end up with this XML:

<fooHolder width="0" height="0">startingFoo</fooHolder>

whats the trick here?
