Failed to open a rowset from VB.net using Crystal Report

I have a VB.Net application which uses the Crystal Report(Crystal Report
8.5) Viewer to open reports. One of the reports uses a stored procedure
and another one uses tables as data resource, both on SQL Server 7.0.
The report that uses tables works fine. The one that uses procedure does
not load. I'm getting the message "Failed to open a rowset."

Any suggestion?

Thanks

Edward
