Setup a web address in the pulldown menu

One of the items in the help pulldown menu is a website address. How do I
create a hyperlink to the menu item?

Hi,

In the menu items click event use Process.Start("msdn.microsoft.com") to
open the default browser and navigate to the msdn home page.
