Visual Studio error

P: n/a
All of a sudden I started receiving the following error when I try to
load my VB.Net project:

An error ocurred while loading the document. Fix the error, and then
try loading the document again. The error message follows:
Failed to parse method 'InitializeComponent' The parser reported the
following error 'Exception of type System.OutofMemory was thrown.'
I have checked the following:
- I have plenty of hard drive space available (100+ GB)
- I have plenty of RAM and swap file space available
- I have made no recent changes to my project to it's not a code
error.

ANY IDEAS??? PLEASE HELP.....

Is this one or all projects - even new one ?

What version of .NET are you using 2002/2003 ?

Have you tried rebuilding the project ?

Is this only on one machine or many ?
