Formatting a checkboxlist

I would think this would be simple, or at least simple to find in Help, but
it is escaping me.

I have a simple CheckBoxList.

I would like to have a line or border separate each element in the list,
i.e.

Change this:

[_] Check 1

[_] Check 2

[_] Check 3
to this:

[_] Check 1
---------------------
[_] Check 2
---------------------
[_] Check 3
---------------------

Thanks for any help you can provide.
