Hey;
I've done a decent amount of VB.net in University, but the next stage for a
major project we have been asked to use 'modulization' and that the judges
want to see as much code and functions as possible in DLL Files.
Essentially my question is that I have no clue how this works, I want to be
able to have my Main Project with a Form or whatever CALL a procedure, even
if as an example the Procedure is just a Console.Writeline from a seperate
DLL. I think this would be best served if anyone was able to E-Mail me a
basic sample of this to scott.haner[AT]gmail.com
I understand alot in VB, but have yet to expand to this level of Having
most of my vital procedures in a seperate DLL, and calling them, I've tried
a few basic things and get various errors regarding Entry Points, and have
looked at varoius help files all with different solutions that either don't
fit what I'm looking for, or are simply way to advanced for what I need.
Just to quickly cover what I do understand, I have my main Windows
Application Project, and essentially have the Form Load event wanting to
call somthing in the DLL. The DLL is a Class Library Project, with a single
..vb File which just has a Simple Function/Sub which does a
Console.WriteLine. I belive if I could have these working basiclly so that
FormLoad would (without errors) Call the Function in my DLL from the Class
Library and do the Console operation, that most of what I need I could
figure out afterwards.
Thanks In Advance All
