How to apply click to datagrid programmaticallt?

How do I programatically apply a click to a particular row and column
0 of a datagrid? I want this to trigger an event.

I am using the following event which works if I mouse click or arrow
off the row.

AddHandler cn.SelectionChanged, AddressOf oFrm.DynGrid_Event
