Storing accented characters

Hello. How can I store accented characters in text files?

Xero,

That depends on the setting of the machine of the code pages.
With 1251 "Standard Western" it would not be a problem by instance

When using 'StreamWriter' to write the file, you can specify the encoding
that should be used to encode the data written to the file in its
constructor. By default, UTF-8 is used, which will include accented
characters.
