com+ Security and aspx

Stu
I have a com+ component written in vb dot net which is called from
a aspx page. Thus work fine on my local machine
However when i deploy to the server and run it from the web page

I get object reference not set to instance of object
With the secruity set against local admin account.

If I change it to the admin domain account the com+ component works
Any idea how i can make it run off the local admin accout

TIA

Stu
