MS Access AutoNumber

How can I reset(Start again from 1 after I delete all records from the
table) the 'Seed' of an AutoNumber field in a MS Access database.
Thanx

If your table is empty anyway, change it into Number, save, then change it

This *may* work if the table is empty but it isn't reliable.

AFAIK you have to drop the column and re-add it.
